TITLE: Human Resources Assistant (Entry Level) SUMMARY : Provides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures. This position supports the team in a cold manufacturing facility. SHIFT: 3pm-1130pm EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills Capacity to perform tasks quickly Minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting HR related functions Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency Bilingual in Spanish preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
