We are looking for someone to join our HR team and take full ownership of our HR admin processes. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running of the HR department and help with ensuring a great experience for our employees. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain experience in a generalist HR position. What you'll do: Take full ownership of HR admin processes, including employee on-boarding, issuing employee contracts and letters and updating HR systems Answer general HR queries from employees Support with end to end recruitment process Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organising small internal events Other ad hoc admin projects as and when required What you'll bring: Great communication skills Previous administration experience and use of Microsoft office packages Excellent organisation and work autonomously on assigned tasks An interest in HR Experience of using HR systems or experience gained in an HR department would be an added bonus What we offer: The opportunity to study towards a L3 HR apprenticeship We are officially a great place to work!
