Description Job Summary: The Bullfrog Employee Housing and Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housing and Recreation Department for Bullfrog Marina on Lake Powell. Employee Services hosts people from around the world that come to Bullfrog Marina on Lake Powell to live, work and play- both seasonally and year-round. Functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Monitor and manage operational functions including budgets, scheduling, forecasts, expenses and supplies in conjunction with the Assistant Human Resource Manager (AHRM). • Balance administrative duties with hands-on tasks and employee support and adjust for seasonal variances. • Be willing to clean, remove trash, shampoo carpets, mop floors, etc. in housing units, the Recreation Center, Employee Services office spaces, etc. and at both the Bullfrog and Hall's Crossing locations. • Perform light maintenance duties (when safe to do so) such as wall patching and painting, battery replacement, hanging blinds, minor plumbing, moving furniture, changing lightbulbs, moving supplies and equipment, etc. • Develop, implement, support and monitor programs and training to ensure that productive standards, payroll scheduling, safety and environmental standards, company policies and procedures are met. • Insure satisfactory quarterly and annual NPS inspections in conjunctions with AHRM. • Create, generate, and review spreadsheets and reports, i.e. housing deposits, housing assignments, employee housing maintenance needs, cleaning and tool supply inventories and oversees completion of EOM reporting, etc. • Conducts period inventory; performs other functions such as maintaining records to comply with ARAMARK, governmental, and accrediting agency standards. • Evaluate and inspect housing units for Housing, Pet or Company policy violations and maintenance needs. • Responsible for daily interaction with the employees. Ensure that all efforts are focused upon meeting or exceeding every employee's expectations of the Housing and Recreation operations. Promotes positive image of the Employee Services Department, and displays SERVE service attitude towards employees and co-workers, in person, via email and on the telephone. • Observe and confer frequently with employees and other staff to determine employee satisfaction. • Answer questions, listen, and resolve employee housing and recreation/activities concerns. • Be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary. • Communicate and coordinate Housing and Recreation functions with other departments. Develop and maintain strong positive interdepartmental relationships. Provide assistance and support to the Human Resources or other departments when requested. • Support safety committee initiatives; meet or exceed annual OSHA frequency targets; execute monthly safety and environmental programs and inspections. • Plan and conduct team meetings if requested. Confer regularly with Employee Services team members to coordinate activities, assign and check work, resolve problems, etc. Plan work schedules. • Assist the Human Resources and Housing Leadership Team in coaching, discipline, and evaluations of personnel. • Recognize outstanding employees and assist in providing incentives for improvements in standards and sales. • Monitor the physical condition of all facilities and equipment in the Housing operations to ensure that required maintenance is performed. • Confer regularly with immediate supervisors and other Company personnel to plan, coordinate, and evaluate services and activities, exchange information, resolve problems, etc. • Must be willing to perform miscellaneous duties assigned by AHRM and Human Resources Manager (HRM). • Be well informed with regards to all current and upcoming events, needs, and deadlines to ensure efficiency in the operation, including focused attention to Seasonal Ramp Up and Ramp Down processes. • Be well versed in ARAMARK policies and procedures, including those descri
