This position ensures our community is presented in a positive manner and continues to make it a great place to live. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general housekeep duties in resident rooms, public areas and support areas as assigned collect, clean and redistribute community laundry Ensure community is in compliance with OSHA Practice safety procedures at all times including personal protect equipment (ppe), fire extinguishers, material safety data sheets (msds), and logout tagout procedures Benefits Competitive wage package (pay rate is based on experience) Flexible schedule Paid orientation/training Benefits (major medical, dental, vision, short/long-term Refer a Friend Bonus Program Paid Time Off
