House Supervisor - Nights

We are seeking a House Supervisor to oversee operations during the night shift. The House Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the facility, addressing any issues that arise, and supervising staff to guarantee quality care and service. Responsibilities: - - - - Supervise and support staff during the night shift - - - - Ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout multiple nursing departments - - - - Address any issues or emergencies that may arise - - - - Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents or guests - - - - Communicate effectively with team members and management - - - - Implement and enforce policies and procedures - - - - Provide training and guidance to staff as neededQualifications: - - - - Valid NM Registered Nurse License - - - - BLS, ACLS, PALS required - - - - NRP, TNCC preferred - must obtain within 6 months of hire - - - - Proven 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting - - - - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - - - - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - - - - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions - - - - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - - - - Availability to work night shiftBenefits: - - - - 403B retirement - - - - BSN, MSN differentials - - - - Certification differentials - - - - Shift differentials - - - - Paid Time Off - - - - Great benefits package PIe37a1af41ded-37248-35792132
