Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management• Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required Qualifications: • Flexible overnight hours are required• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly About Company: Opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industrySupportive team environmentOpportunity as a second job with flexible work hours
