Responsibilities: • Field customer complaints when necessary• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs• Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers• Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready• General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Qualifications: • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Compensation: $14 hourly About Company: Royal Hotel Investments of Covington is a family of hotels in both Conyers GA and Covington GA. We have 4 hotels currently Hampton Inn Conyers, Hampton Inn Covington, Holiday Inn Express Covington, and Home2 Suites Covington. The hotels are owned and operated by Navin Shah.
