Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required• Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired• Must be able to stand for on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift• Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $16 hourly About Company: Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
