You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Job seekers interested in working in a high-energy environment with growth opportunities and must be available to work a varied work schedule which includes working mid-shifts, 2nd shift hours, and weekends which includes working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We prefer the previous, hotel ONQ experience. Customer service experience required of at least 2 years. Start your application today! Responsibilities: • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready• Field customer complaints when necessary• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent• Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations• ONQ experience preferred Compensation: $25.90 per hour About Company: Just off Magnificent Mile, our suites are adjacent to the John Hancock Center.
