Hotel Evening Restaurant Server The Hilton garden Inn located in Wooster, Ohio is currently looking to add to our team. Must provide excellent customer skills, provide a postive attitude, willingness to learn and promote new menu items, must have a strong work ethic.A restaurant server / Bartender takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant'd food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.This position will be for two evening shifts per week. Server Job Description: Entails providing customers with an exceptional dining experience by taking their orders, ensuring that food and drinks are served proptly and efficiently and keeping the dining area clean and organized. Job Duties and Responsibility: Take customer orders, and serve food and drinksExplain menu items and make suggestionsEnsure correct and timely delivering of orders and drinksMonitor food and drink quality, and notify management of any issuesKeep tables clean and presentatble for the next customerHandle payment transaction, and make correct changeUphold standards of cleaniless and hygieneRespond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer serviceCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experienceMaintain knowledge of restaurant policy and precedure Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivelent Benefits: Holiday PayTipsAllstate benefits, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Pay: Weekly Work Location: Hilton Garden Inn located at 959 Dover Road Wooster, Ohio 44691 Apply online or stop by the hotel to fill out an application.
