Hospitalist physician employment in Texas : East Texas - Hospitalist Physician Opportunity Clinical Role: Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Permanent job opening in Angelina County, Texas The team comprises 30 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), including a dedicated nocturnal team. Clinicians bring diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who lean on and learn from each other in their approach to patient care. Team-oriented approach with other hospital department leaders and managers who are eager to offer help to assist Value providers who are team players and are comfortable leading a treatment team for each patient. Established tertiary care hospital that receives transfers from all surrounding counties and across state lines. Day and swing admitters, as well as dedicated nocturnists. There is a resident-led MET/RRT team, and hospital medicine does not respond to codes. The hospital has a closed ICU with a separate intensivist group. Procedures not required; however, we are welcome to maintain privileges. Were looking for board-certified/eligible internal medicine and family medicine candidates. EMR is Epic, and access to internal informatics platform Compensation ranges from $1625 (day) to $1850 (night) per shift and $400 moonlighting for extra shifts above the threshold.
