Permanent job opening in Gillespie County, Texas Tight-knit group of experienced, autonomous providers who care deeply for this small community and the role they play in public health. Effective leadership comes from the buy-in and engagement of the group Practice Rural hospital site, that value and engages with the primary care providers and local resources such as skilled nursing facilities and pharmacies Prioritize involvement amongst the hospital medical staff with committee participation and collaboration with the other disciplines to provide patients with the highest quality care possible for their success and safety. This site is small but mighty. Hospital consists of a med/surg tele unit and an open ICU, predominantly serving as an IMCU. Possess major specialties, including GI, that provide advanced endoscopy care, such as EUS/ERCP and urology. Assume responsibility for our patients and regularly collaborate through curbside consultations during multidisciplinary rounds, especially when faced with challenging cases.
