Join our dynamic team as a Hospitalist Physician in GreaterBoston. We are a leading Hospital Medicine group that provides staffing formultiple hospitals across the state. Our commitment to high-quality patientcare, clinician development, and client satisfaction sets us apart. We'reseeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitalist Physician to contribute to ourmission. As a Hospitalist Physician,you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional medical care. Responsibilities: Participating in a 7-on, 7-off rotation schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Conducting patient assessments, overseeing rounds, and managing discharges. Utilizing the Cerner EMR system to maintain accurate and organized patient records. Contributing to the continuous improvement of patient, client, and clinician satisfaction. Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility: BC/BE ABIM/ABFM(Depending on location) Valid medical license for practice in Massachusetts. Proficiency in clinical care and dedication to evidence-based medicine. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
