About The Position A facility is seeking a hospitalist nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. There are many attractions to visit while on assignment in Central Connecticut! In your free time, take a trip to the Mystic Aquarium, Beardsley Zoo, or Gillette Castle State Park! During the 12-hour night shifts, the clinician will be focused strictly on cross-coverage duties. Each night, several nocturnists work alongside the clinician to ensure comprehensive patient care. These shifts involve no codes and no procedures. To be considered for this role, candidates must be trained and certified in acute care and be clean and clear.
