Home Solutions Advisor Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We are looking for a Home Solutions Advisor to Join our Team! Job Description: A Home Solutions Advisor's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory. Pay Range: This is a base plus commission position Benefits: Medical Insurance: We cover 75% of your premiums Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement program with a company match Paid Time Off to recharge on holidays and vacations iPhone, iPad & integrated software A family environment with company outings Required Qualifications: 2+ years of proven consultative sales experience Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to use Company-furnished technology products Valid driver's license Strong interpersonal & communication skills Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
