Better Home Care seeks qualified Bilingual (Russian/Ukranian/English) speaking team members to set the standard for expectational quality care. Team members should set an example for other schedule coordinators by performing their job duties to the best of their abilities. A team member is required to help run the Long-Term Care department. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: •High school graduate or equivalent •Knowledge of basic office procedures & use of equipment. •knowledge of basic skills required for specific duties. •Strong interpersonal, Computer, and Communication skills (phone and data entry ability) •Staffing and customer service experience with clients in the medical and/or home health care field REQUIRED . •Knowledge of the home care/elder care industry REQUIRED . •Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work with frequent interruptions DUTIES: •Caregiver Schedule coordinator •Performs various office duties •Schedules clients and employees daily •Responsible for maintaining contact with Social Workers and/or other Case Managers •Maintains and scans caregiver documents as needed •Answers telephone and assists caregivers and clients with concerns/issues •Data entry experience is REQUIRED •Organizes and stores records as required •Maintains confidentiality •Managing coordination of client services and emergency scheduling issues •Managing client case load while proactively growing it. •Build strong relationships with clients, referral sources and community organizations •Recruit field staff to provide services for clients •Develop strong, communicative relationships •Promote exemplary customer service to clients and caregivers •Ensure effective communication and collaboration with office staff daily regarding client cases and staffing •Maintain scheduling by inputting/updating client and caregiver information via a scheduling software system •Contact and follow up with caregivers regarding client assignments •Document inquiries for service and relay to appropriate staff in a timely manner •Document all calls to clients, clients family, coordination agencies •Assist with organization and preparation of office projects •Needs to be available for an on-call schedule, which is rotated among office staff and may include weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience) Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm Weekends as needed Experience: Healthcare agency scheduling: 2 years (Required) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Required) Bilingual: Russian/Ukrainian/English (Required) Work Location: In person Powered by JazzHR
