A company is looking for a Home Equity Sales Consultant to connect with homeowners and guide them through the investment process. Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners to educate them on home equity investments and understand their circumstances Guide homeowners through the investment process, providing updates and serving as a single point of contact Collaborate with internal team members to ensure an efficient process and excellent experience for homeowners Required Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role, preferably in financial products Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals Technical aptitude to master CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong ethical judgment and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
