Location: East Bethel & Wyoming , MN Compensation: $17.00/hour Full-Time & Part-Time Hours of Position: Evenings (3pm-9pm) & every other weekend Evenings (3pm-10pm) & every other weekend Nights (9pm-7am) & every other weekend Flexible scheduling Typical Job Duties: Cooking and cleaning Activities of the daily living Medication administration & documentation Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.) Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.) & Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others Requirements: 18 years or older Available to work every other weekend Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record Benefits: Health Insurance (Full-Time, 1 Year Waiting Period for Part-Time) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance (Short-Term Disability, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) Paid Time Off Performance-Based Wage Increases Employee Assistance Program Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check
