Overview: Avid Healthcare Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to work at Sacramento County Facilities in Northern California. Position: CA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to s upport healthcare within a correctional facility, assisting with patient care while maintaining security protocols. Qualifications : CA CNA license Current CPR certifications, 2 years plus of experience Strong observational skills and experience in high-stress or secure settings are preferred Familiarity with medical software and equipment Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate the ability to effectively use the nursing procesS *The assignment for this position is in a Correctional Facility. *2 weekend days/month availability is required. (2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays or Sat/Sun) *Scheduled days/shifts & location are based on the facility needs *Both facilities are open seven (7) days a week. *Your availability is one of the criteria's reviewed for consideration for this assignment *Your availability is how your schedule is created based on needs of either facility location *All candidates must be available to work days as specified on availability you submit. *This position is per diem. *No benefits are associated with this position.
