McLaren Bay Region is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Locum Physician! - Clinic and Clinic Call Job Details: Reason for locum coverage: Recruitment Gap Patients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospital Info of support staff: 2 APPS IN OFFICE 1FT Physician .5 locums in clinic third week is tele medicine lab on site and infusion suite Current EHR in use: Cerner Procedures/Skills Required: Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient, Participation on a tumor board Please note: Must be COVID vaccinated. Provide rates at time of name clear DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear Car, Fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approvedSubmission Requirements-Board Certified (No BE) -MI License & CSR at Submission - not accepting IMLC -BLS -Provider must be local -Must have clean background for quick credentialing- -Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about -DEA
