Job Quick Facts Specialty: Hematology & Oncology Job Type: Locum-To-Perm Facility Location: Mason City, IA Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Vacancy Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8-9 hrs Call Schedule: Weeknights & Weekend Call Call Ratio: 1:4 Patient Demographics: Adult & Geriatric Patient Volume: 12-16 % of Practice: 50% Hematology; 50% Oncology Physician in Practice: 4; 2 (Radiation Oncologist); 4 APPs Procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters & Intrathecal chemo Trauma Level: III EMR: Mosaiq Duties: - Prescribes, Order Tests, Order Images - Participation on a Tumor Board - Nurse administers chemo according to the orders from the physician Requirements: Active IA license BC/BE (ABIM or AOBIM) BLS Benefits (for PERM): Competitive Salary ($454,329/year) Health, dental, vision and life insurance coverage Annual CME Allowance Short and long-term disability coverage MAlpractice Insurance w/ tail Annual PTO (34 days) Education Loan Assistance & Sign On Bonus 403(b) and optional 457(b) Relocation Package
