Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles Improve the efficiency and consistency of IT support processes Required Qualifications Experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar IT support role Proven technical writing experience Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting Ability to work independently in a remote environment Relevant certifications may be preferred
