Healthcare Regulatory Attorney (Counsel or Partner Level) Offit Kurman, a full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to join our team. This position is available in any of our offices within our regions. About the Role: Our healthcare clients include a wide range of healthcare providers, specialty practices, professionals, payers, and vendors, with a particular focus on healthcare providers and specialty practices. We are looking for an attorney who can provide comprehensive regulatory counsel and ensure compliance with both federal and state healthcare laws. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory law. Extensive knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other regulations. Experience advising healthcare providers and specialty practices on regulatory matters, compliance and risk management. Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as HHS, CMS, and state healthcare agencies. Proven ability to handle healthcare transactions, compliance audits and investigations. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive regulatory advice to healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare laws. Collaborate with other firm attorneys on multidisciplinary matters.
