Job Description Working as part of the Growth Enablement and Business Processes group at Aramark, the Healthcare Food & Nutrition Program Implementation Leader (HFN - PIL) will assist in the growth and retention of Aramark locations, in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will also mobilize new accounts and implement Aramark programs in existing and new locations. There will also be troubleshooting activities as required. While primarily focused in the healthcare space, involvement in these activities in non-healthcare accounts may be required. To be considered, candidates must have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile. This role has significant travel (up to 50%) including day trips, overnight trips and some extended time away, while mobilizing new accounts. Job Responsibilities New Sales/Rebids: Participate in the costing of new business opportunities. Make recommendations on service models and Aramark programs in new bids and rebids Retention & Remediation Deliver strong operational performance by implementing or supporting the onsite operational team. Implement Aramark and regulatory agency standards and programs Develop action plans to provide optimal nutrition care and meal service to patients/residents. Identify root causes in process breakdown with recommendations for corrective actions Lead or assist in mobilization activities for new programs and initiatives. Activities may include menu or system implementation, training, scheduling of staff Participate in and/or complete operational reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, new program implementation and remediation in existing locations New Account/Program Mobilization Lead or assist in mobilization activities for new locations. Activities may include menu or system implementation, training, scheduling of staff Program Development Liaise with Aramark US to identify programs suitable for implementation in Canadian marketplace. .
