Our client is an established and commercial,We are looking to identify an experienced and inspirational science-driven leader to spearhead the research into novel Antibody Therapies. Our client is an established and commercial, Immuno-oncology Biotherapeutic company based in London, as well as having sites in Switzerland and the US. They are looking to identify a new Head of Pre-clinical at Senior Director / VP level. As this is a strategic level role, you will be reporting directly into the CSO where you will contribute to the development of research strategy and lead a team of highly experienced Cancer Biologists focused on identifying novel targets, candidate selection and the in vitro and in vivo pharmacology studies for their Antibody Drug Conjugates and immune stimulating Antibodies. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Head of Pre-Clinical - Antibody Research will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Lead the Preclinical Research team made up of experienced Cancer Biologists dedicated to the discovery and development of novel Antibody Therapies. You will be responsible for all research activities related to Target Identification, Target Validation, Candidate Selection, and IND enabling work. 2. As a member of the Research Leadership team, you will work collaboratively to define and evolve research strategy as well as identify innovative antibody technologies to drive research further. 3. You will oversee projects and allocate resources to ensure scientific goals are met. You will hire, develop, coach and manage the performance of a scientific team, building a culture of innovation and professionalism. 4. Be the Preclinical research subject matter expert at wider company meetings and work cross functionally with other groups such as Translational. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
