A Global Manufacturer of Satellite Communications, Global Navigation Satellite Systems and Satellite TV solutions is looking for a Head of Marketing in Stevenage or Canterbury. Along with a salary of up to GBP 120,000 per annum, you will also receive BUPA healthcare, Healthshield, 25 days holiday, (5 employer) defined contribution stakeholder pension scheme, flexi working, Employee Assistance Line, and Christmas closure. You will provide B2B marketing insight and experience to help drive awareness and growth across each of the market segments. You will design, build, and then scale the Marketing organisation to support the delivery of strategic business goals. As Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include: : Taking responsibility for optimising the department to deliver outstanding results : Designing and executing a worldwide strategy : Building, managing, and coaching a high: performing team : Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product, working closely with the product teams to communicate the right value to our customers : Setting up and executing a performance strategy that drives growth through lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness : Developing an account: based program working closely with Sales to identify the target accounts, building customised campaigns to improve conversion rates, and moving those accounts forward : Attending conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post: event reports and analysis : Carrying out data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics, including segmentation and international engagement. : Setting up a budget whilst monitoring various campaigns and adjusting them to generate a high return on investment : Taking responsibility for content used in all outbound materials for clients and investors (shareholders) : Taking responsibility for maintenance and update of all digital.
