A company is looking for a Head of IT & Security to lead and scale their IT and security programs. Key Responsibilities Set and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Security and IT programs Collaborate with senior leaders and external vendors to drive security initiatives and manage risks Build and mentor diverse technical teams to execute on the strategic roadmap Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in risk management, information security, and application security roles 5+ years in a senior leadership role in security Experience with cloud computing technologies, particularly AWS Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and SOX
