The business has grown considerably over the last few years as they strive to become industry-leaders within their specialised sector.Responsibilities: Be accountable for maintaining strong financial management and ensuring that operations function smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with stakeholders and foster professional relationships by delivering comprehensive commercial insights regarding inventory, profitability, margin analysis and more. Serve as a commercial partner to the Managing Director, supporting business strategy, identifying opportunities for process and technological enhancements, and taking leadership on the financial aspects of business decisions. Take lead on various financial projects and support the Managing Director with budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, KPI's, and cashflow.Requirements: Proficiency in analysing P&L statements and company accounts, having a strong grasp of the factors influencing profitability and cost management. Expertise in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating with other leaders to prioritise expenses.
