A company is looking for a Head of Executive Recruiting to lead their executive talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full-stack executive recruiting function, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier executive talent aligned with business objectives Manage external partnerships with recruitment agencies and vendors to support executive hiring efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on executive recruiting Proven ability to source and close executive candidates in healthcare and related sectors Hands-on experience with recruiting technology, particularly Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with over 10,000 employees and $1B+ in revenue
