Poly-Cam, Inc. is a manufacturer of transition fittings for the growing plastic (HDPE) pipe industry. The fusion technician requires the ability to measure and fabricate HDPE to unique sizes. Methods of fusion include, Saddle, Side, Socket, and Electro Fusion. This candidate must have the ability to improvise when there are obstacles within the fusing or assembly process. Must be able to operate a variety of mechanical, power, and hand tools, as well as having the ability to read blueprints and measuring devices including calipers and measuring tapes. Previous HDPE experience required and HDPE Fusion Certificate preferred.
