This position involves building positive customer relationships and assisting in resident transportation. Responsibilities: 1 Space Planning and Office Moves: Execute space planning and assist in office relocations. Assist Engineers: Support electrical and mechanical tasks as directed. Customer Relations: Develop positive customer relationships. Address inquiries and concerns professionally. Transportation Services: Assist in transporting residents to short hospital visits. Qualifications: City and Guilds (C and G) qualifications or equivalent. Previous handyman or similar experience is preferred. Working Hours: Full: time position with a 7: day work schedule followed by 2 days off, including weekends. Requirements: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
