A company is looking for a Group Specialist to join their Client Care Center in a remote position. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for travel professional group clients, managing inbound/outbound calls Drive revenue growth and retention of existing accounts through analysis of bookings and customer interactions Collaborate with Business Development Managers and internal teams to support sales and customer service activities Required Qualifications and Education Team player with a focus on building strong customer relationships Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Self-directed with the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual speaking skills are a plus
