Grounds Maintenance Operative Salary: £18,200 – £23,400 per annum Location: Ardleigh, Esinteraction CO7 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Bland Landscapes are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative who can carry out the following tasks independently: · Grass cutting· Strimming· Shrub and hedge pruning· General horticultural tasks· Weed spraying with appropriate chemicals and other various grounds maintenance tasks Applicant should be able to carry out the above tasks to a high standard and have 1 year’s horticultural experience or qualifications. PA1 knapsack and CSCS training advantageous but not essential as is full clean driving license.
