Graphic Design Intern Columbus OH Part Time At AndHealth, we are on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes in specialty care. As we rapidly scale our team, we are looking for Graphic Design Intern to make an important impact. You will explore your interests and hone your skills in a startup environment and have the opportunity to be part of the whole creative process from concept to delivery. What you’ll do: Learn from a high-performing mission-oriented team that cares about your growth and development Contribute to designs that will be used in the real world and create a positive impact on the lives of patients with chronic illnesses Add your voice to creative brainstorm sessions and campaign development Gain experience in brand development and creative execution Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and digital campaigns Develop a strong understanding of AndHealth’s positioning and ensure its flawless execution Understand impact and the success metrics tied to marketing strategies Assist with administrative tasks, time management, and project management Job mix is roughly 65% design execution and production support, 20% strategy and documentation, 15% general office administrative assistance About You: You are high-performer who loves helping others You are an innovative thinker and self-starter You care deeply about the AndHealth mission and are passionate about spreading the word through our community and industry You have a great attention to detail and take pride in your work You listen, seek to anticipate, and meet others’ needs with kindness and empathy You think forward, plan for the future, and recognize that there are always opportunities to refine and improve Education & Licensure Requirements: Studying graphic design, marketing, or related field. Other Skills or Qualifications: Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics preferred Illustration, photography, and copywriting skills a plus Strong judgement, project management and interpersonal skills Interest in branding, marketing, and adv Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced setting Here’s what we’d like to offer you: Equal investment and support for our people and patients.
