The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer specializing in product design and website imagery, you'll be at the forefront of shaping First Mint's visual identity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll bring creativity and passion to every project, from conceptualization to execution. If you're a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for e-commerce, we want you to join our team and contribute to the success of First Mint. Responsibilities Product Design: Develop captivating designs for new products, aligning with brand guidelines and market trends. Collaborate with product development teams to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that meet customer expectations. Create mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Website Imagery: Design visually stunning website graphics, banners, and visuals to enhance user experience and drive engagement. Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms, maintaining a cohesive and professional aesthetic. Optimize imagery for web performance, balancing quality and load times for an optimal user experience. Creative Content Creation: Generate innovative ideas for visual content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and digital advertisements. Produce high-quality graphics and visuals that align with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team. The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing product design and website imagery. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with knowledge of other design tools/software. Understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
