A company is looking for a Graduate Success Coordinator to support recent graduates and current students in achieving career success in the allied health care field. Key Responsibilities Assist graduates in achieving employment success through career coaching during their initial weeks of employment Develop and maintain systems to support employment opportunities for students and graduates Collaborate with the Career Services team to resolve employment obstacles and facilitate connections for ongoing support Required Qualifications and Education Associate degree or equivalent experience Experience in education, career services, or related fields Knowledge of application processes and expectations Experience in overcoming graduate or customer obstacles Basic computer skills to effectively navigate required technology
