Responsibilities:• Platform Management: Configure, optimize, and maintain the Go High-Level CRM to meet business needs.• Automation & Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows, campaigns, and lead funnels.• Lead Management: Ensure seamless lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting across all stages of the pipeline.• Custom Integrations: Integrate third-party tools, applications, and APIs to enhance platform functionality.• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights.• Team Training: Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is proficient in utilizing Go High Level.• Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues within the platform. Qualifications:• Proven experience with Go High Level CRM (minimum of 1-2 years).• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and marketing automation.• Proficiency in setting up email and SMS campaigns.• Familiarity with third-party integrations and API connections.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Availability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines and team needs.• Must be located in Northern Virginia or willing to relocate.
