Please read on... </strong><br />As a<strong> Global ERP Change Management Lead,</strong> you will support Novartis' transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies for the Global SAP Programme in a particular country. Your focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes.<br /> <br /><strong>Major Accountabilities: </strong><br />You will be responsible for various types of changes across multiple Novartis business units. Your key responsibilities include:<br />● Developing strategies and plans to ensure fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working.<br />● Delivering outcomes aligned with project plans.<br />● Collaborating with functional change leads and the global OD team.<br />● Leading the Organizational Change Management work stream, including Communications and Training team.<br />● Coaching senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsors.<br />● Working with country stakeholders- people managers, and supervisors in managing transitions.<br />● Assisting project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.<br />● Providing input to change communications and training plans.<br />● Leading meetings to understand changes and develop a change adoption plan.<br />● Analyzing and implementing strategies to overcome resistance to change.<br />● Evaluating the cost and budgetary impact of change management.<br /> <br /><strong>About You:</strong><br />Extensive experience in organizational change management program design and implementation related to large scale, multi-site ERP solutions like SAP.<br />Ability to build trust, engage, and inspire change among senior stakeholders.<br />Inspirational communicator, a great listener, well organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br /> <br /><strong>Key Performance Indicators:</strong><br />● Overall change effectiveness measures.<br />● Business value capture from key programs.<br />● Quality of relationships with relevant leaders and team.<br /> <br />Support Novartis transformation agenda by delivering expert change management support to large transformation programs aiming to drastically improve our operational efficiency so we can provide life-improving/ life- saving medicines faster to patients around the globe.
