This dynamic role involves coordinating luxury car services worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience for our high-end clientele. Shift Available: Morning / Afternoon (Saturday availability required) Key Responsibilities: Assign reservations and dispatch Chauffeurs for timely service. Maintain consistent communication with Chauffeurs, guaranteeing top-tier service delivery. Monitor flight schedules, airport operations, and traffic conditions to preemptively address potential service disruptions. Ideal Candidate: Prior dispatching experience, preferably in the ground transportation industry. Ability to stay calm and efficient under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions. Proficiency with Excel and strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
