Gastroenterology position with a great client in Illinois. If interested, please call, text, or email and I will send links for review: Overview: Employed by award winning, not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties Physician retention rates average 12 years Join 2 Gastroenterologists Can consider GI Hospitalist - 7 on 7 off - Provider ideally will be open to taking call and helping with some procedural volumes General focus GI - ERCP preferred but not required - Hospital will implement EUS if provider desires 10 days of call per month Compensation: 600K Base salary plus incentives - Top earning potential 6 0K Retention ( 2 0K per year over 3 years) 75K sign on Aggressive Hospital funded retirement plan Hospital contributes $30,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5 Hospital contributes $60,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6 Additional 403b with 4 percent match Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k PTO: 33 days annually 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance Comprehensive benefits Location: 2-hour drive to St. Louis and Indianapolis - 3 Hour drive to Downtown Chicago Thriving family friendly community is south of Champaign, a community of over 85,000 Diverse, affordable real estate - Rentals, acreage, gated communities, and build to spec options available State of the art schools & colleges, a growing economy, beautiful parks, and sports amenities I look forward to working with you.
