Description:Kinsley is offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for an experienced "A-Level" Generator Technician in Boston. The optimal candidate will have 10+ years of generator field service experience on units ranging from 10kW to 1,500kW.Kinsley Power Systems, a family-owned business, has been an industry leader in generator service, sales and rentals for 60 years. Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements: Extensive experience in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems. Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators. Skilled in preparing accurate repair quotes and completing/submitting work orders promptly. Capable of conducting major engine repairs and overhauls with precision. Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills. Willingness to participate in an on-call, rotating schedule for emergency service. Must possess and maintain a comprehensive set of tools including a multi-meter, hand-tools, etc. Strong commitment to safety with an OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain one). Possession of a valid DOT Card (or ability to obtain one) and a valid driver's license.Sign-on Bonus Stipulations: The bonus will be paid in two $7,500 installments: one upon hire and the other after 6 months. To be eligible, candidates must hold a current EGSA Journeyman Certification and/or score over 90% on the in-person KPS technician assessment exam and live within 30 minutes to downtown Boston.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.Requirements: Compensation details: 40-55 Hourly Wage PIc952dbd989b5-36310-35915601
