Seeking BE/BC General Surgeon with experience in wound care to join talented team in northern NY. Hospital Employed practice joining 1 surgeon, 1 P.A., and 4 RN s. Strong support staff Efficient smooth running office 8 exam/procedure rooms 2 Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers Case manager assigned to each provider Hospital consults are done by telemedicine No call, no weekends Hospitalist team admits ALL patients Catchment Area: 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10 th Mountain Division Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs Qualifications: Experience or special interest in wound care Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills Enthusiastic and motivated to build a general surgical service line with superb outcomes Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed Salary: $405,000-455,000, XXXX @ $50/WRVU bonus model $50,000 Signing Bonus $20,000 education loan repayment each year Relocation reimbursement: $15,000 Excellent benefits package $3,000 Annual Continuing Education Stipend plus 5 Paid Days Off Twenty-nine (29) days paid time off Health insurance, individual or family, 80% paid Occurrence medical liability insurance; $1.3 Million each/$3.9 million aggregate 401k and 403b financial planning option; Employer pension plan contribution NYS medical license and DEA registration paid Area: Experience the natural beauty of Northern New York and the Thousand Islands Region.
