General Surgeon Needed in the White Mountains of New Hamsphire

Description:
General Surgeon needed to come work in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Small, 25-bed critical access hospital is surrounded by the beauty of the White Mountains and only a 3hr drive to Boston's international airport. Competitive pay, 4-4.5 day work week. Five weeks vacation, + 11 more days off/year and two more weeks for CME, that's more than two months of paid time off/year. Signing bonus, relocation and full benefits package, including a paid malpractice tail, will be part of the packageHospital Employee, Traditional. Quality Bonus production incentives. 4-4.5 day work week. 4 days is considered .89 FTE. $420,000 base for .89 FTE, and a $13,200 Good Citizen bonus. Typical productivity (based on usual mix of new and established patients) will be 12 to 18 patients per day. In general, 2 to 4 new patients per day call is 10 days/month, including one weekend EMR is Meditech Expanse.
