Controller- Chief Financial Officer ALM of New England - Terrace Communities Manchester Center, VT, USA Full-Time Dental, Life, Medical, Paid Time Off, Vision Terrace Communities, a Manchester, VT based, family-owned manager of 6 assisted living and memory care communities in VT, NH, and ME is seeking a highly motivated Controller, CFO level candidate to be responsible for: financial oversight of company, risk management, human resources, insurance, banking HUD loans, working with CPA on audits, supervising small team and overseeing business managers at each site. Requires advanced excel and analytical/modeling skills, fluency with software and IT, keen business acumen and time and attention to details. This is a very hands on position. Strongly prefer candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing a multi-site portfolio of senior care communities.
