Dedicated to helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness, we’re on a mission to empower clients to “Live Long.” With multiple studios across Connecticut and plans for continued growth, we’re excited to welcome a proactive General Manager to our team.💼 Position: General Manager As the General Manager of StretchLab Westport, you’ll oversee all facets of studio operations, drive sales, and create a welcoming environment that makes StretchLab an integral part of the local wellness community.🔍 Responsibilities: Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Drive membership sales through creative marketing, community outreach, and brand-building initiatives. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Flexologists and sales associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Build a positive and motivating studio environment that reflects StretchLab’s mission and values. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, set goals, and support staff development. Collaborate with leadership to optimize client experience and enhance membership retention. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio by ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
