We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to join our Anytime Fitness family in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in health and fitness to lead and motivate our team and members to success. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 including commission and bonuses as well as the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who is highly motivated, organized, and has a passion for health and fitness. The Manager is responsible for membership sales and member recruitment. If you’re looking for a challenge and an opportunity to thrive, this may be the role for you! Responsibilities:• Analyzing customer service and market data to identify trends and areas of opportunity• Prospect new members and create new memberships• Overseeing the daily operations of the fitness center including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and customer service• Developing, implementing, and monitoring performance objectives, and quality control programs• Working with the corporate team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures• Developing and leading marketing and sales strategies to increase membership and revenue• Build member rapport• Club cleanliness• Develop and lead seasonal events Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Preferred)• 2+ years of relevant managerial and sales experience• Proven track record of success in a leadership role and in motivating teams• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills• Service leadership mindset• US Work Authorization Compensation: $50,000 including commission and bonuses About Company: Anytime Fitness is the premier 24/7/365 access coaching club in the Fairfax area!
