Relocation assistance is available for up to $5,000 in moving expenses Note that if you fail to remain employed for an agreed upon time, we must recapture this assistance. Training would commence locally prior to relocation to the new area. We are seeking sharp, driven leaders who possess a strong work ethic and who desire to learn and grow in the hospitality business. General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits: Base salary up to 80K on day one, with attainable earnings over 100k in cash compensation. The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat Robust benefits package with M/D/V/STD/401K (401k and STD not in Leland) Three weeks of paid time off in the first year! Huge monthly bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth High-quality products and well-maintained facilities! General Manager Qualifications: Experienced General Manager, overseeing at least 25 team members and 3 managers. We will consider the right person, even without restaurant experience. Hands-on style of leadership Upbeat personality Solid communication skills and professional appearance Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p.
