The Clinic Manager (CM) provides leadership for all aspects of a clinic that consistently meets or exceeds a revenue target of $100k/month with an emphasis on meeting short- and long-term goals, and clinic & staff development. The Clinic Manager serves as a high producing member of the sales team, personally seeing consultations to generate revenue, overcome objections, and help to change patients lives by selling our products and services. The CM will not only be responsible for their individual sales KPIs but also center standards as well. They will oversee the driving of set business goals, measuring team effectiveness, and monitoring results. This role will consist of hiring, coaching, and evaluation of team members while providing effective training. The Clinic Manager will have direct P&L management responsibility for their clinic and will work hand-in-hand with the Medical Provider to maximize profitability & ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
