This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in processing and a proven track record in managing teams within a scientific, regulated environment. This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Overseeing all daily operations within a regulated scientific environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.3. Leading and managing a team of professionals, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging continuous professional development.4. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and legally compliant business operations.5. Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to achieve these improvements.6. Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory standards, reducing the risk of non-compliance and associated penalties.7. Making high-level decisions about policy and strategy.8. Reporting to the board of directors and keeping them informed about company operations and progress towards goals.9. Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations to support business growth.10. Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a regulated scientific environment.3. Proven experience in processing within a scientific, regulated environment.4. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislations.5. Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.7. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and implement them successfully.8. Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.9. High level of commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.10. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
