We have established a comprehensive delivery network covering every city in Canada as we serve supermarkets and distributors across the country Link Global Food Inc. is looking for a General Manager NOC 00014 Duties and responsibilities as General Manager as follow: - Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the company, setting goals and objectives to achieve growth and profitability. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential suppliers and customers, to expand the company's market presence and revenue. - Oversee the sourcing and procurement of food products, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality goods at competitive prices. Manage inventory levels and logistics to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, suppliers, distributors. - Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management or stakeholders. - Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
